A minimal intervention that simulates the bend of the gallery walls.
I have added threedimensional elements to that ‘drawing’ on the wall, creating volume and heightening the sense of realism in this action. I think of the bend as a synonym for the action of changing something, as an indication of the moment when the existing wall is seen from a new perspective or angle: rotate, flip, roll, turn, twist, double back, return.

He therefore develops a physical extension of the structure where his piece unfolds, testing the relationship between the strictly architectural and the subjective experience which that built structure elicits. It is a carefully planned approach, attempting to draw a map that will generate a new and unexpected language. Moving between instinct and rationality, he finds the folds and creases in an existing reality, temporarily turning what was there into something different.
